The Pack is slated to come back to HBO in the fall. The second season wrapped up filming in the snow-capped Bieszczady mountains. The show, which is executively produced by ATM GRUPA, has been joined by new faces: Andrzej Konopka, Piotr Żurawski, Helena Norowicz, Grzegorz Damięcki, Weronika Humaj and Ukrainian actress Anna Donchenko.
The story picks up four years after the first season. Officially wanted, Rebrov (Leszek Lichota) is in hiding in the Bieszczady wilderness. After a grisly crime is discovered, prosecutor Dobosz (Aleksandra Popławska) is sent to investigate. She returns to the Bieszczady with a strong sense of unease. Markowski (Andrzej Zieliński) runs the unit with a strong hand. He has gained their trust, but some of the past cases are still coming back to haunt him.
Dagmara Bąk, Maciej Mikołajczyk, Jacek Lenartowicz, Jarosław Boberek, Anita Jancia Prokopowicz, Mariusz Saniternik and Jacek Beler will also reprise their roles. New characters will be played by Andrzej Konopka, Matylda Damięcka, Helena Norowicz, Piotr Żurawski, Grzegorz Damięcki, Weronika Humaj and Ukrainian actress Anna Donchenko.
The second season is written by Piotr Szymanek (head writer), Marta Szymanek, Katarzyna Tybinka and Bartosz Janiszewski, with Kasia Adamik (Offsiders, The Pack 1) and Jan P. Matuszyński (Deep Love, The Last Family) at the helm. Cinematography is again by Tomasz Augustynek. Bogumił Lipski and Izabela Łopuch (executive producer) are producers for HBO Polska. Johnathan Young is supervising producer for HBO Europe. Artur Kowalewski and Andrzej Muszyński are ATM GRUPA producers.
The second season of The Pack is set to premiere in the fall on HBO and HBO GO. Filming took place from October 9 to late February. The second season of the show spans 6 episodes.
