Hypnosis, a serial killer, a dangerous psychofan: the spring, thanks to ATM Grupa productions, will be full of high-end entertainment, star appearances and surprising twists.

The biggest premiere of the season will definitely be “Hipnoza” (Hypnosis), a show based on the BBC format entitled „You Are Back in the Room”, which in the UK attracted a 5-million-viewer audience! It’s been successfully franchised in, e.g. Australia, Holland, Slovenia, Columbia, US and New Zealand. Now, it is time for Poland! The script for Poland’s first TV production of this kind is based around actual hypnosis. Artur Makieła, certified hypnotiser and member of the prestigious British Association of Hypnotherapy, will put our participants, competing for money prizes, in a state of hypnosis. While remaining in this unusual state, they will then assume different roles and perform various, sometimes surprising, tasks. Filip Chajzer will be the show’s host. “Hypnosis” will broadcast by TVN on Saturdays at 8:00 PM as of March 3rd.

The “Joker” show is back on the air too. Its host will be Krzysztof Ibisz, and the main prize will amount to 50 thousand PLN. “Joker 2” opens on March 12th at 8:00 PM on Super Polsat.

Our well known and popular series will continue starring big names and bringing you numerous twists of the plot. The lives of the main characters of “Pierwsza miłość” (First love) will enter a stage of turmoil. Marysia (played by Aneta Zając) will take up the job of paramedic, and Krystian (Patryk Pniewski) will make efforts to settle down next to Kalina and prepare for the birth of their child. Will they be able to make it through the crisis that lies ahead? Another one to soon face some dramatic moments is Paweł (Michał Malinowski), who is about to experience grave health issues. The dwellers of Wadlewo will jointly struggle against the dishonest practices applied against them by Walery. In the premiere episodes we will also see a number of new characters who will be played by Ola Gintrowska, Leszek Stanek, Jarosław Gruda i Magdalena Wróbel. New episodes of „Pierwsza miłość” start on Polsat, March 1st at 6:00 PM.

On the very same day „Ojciec Mateusz” (Father Mateo) is returning to TVP1. In spring the town of Sandomierz is about to face a new wave of criminal activity. Valuable icons will be stolen, a local artist will become the victim of a bloody vendetta, and a bribery scandal is going to be uncovered at the local drivers training centre. But luckily Padre Mateo
(Artur Żmijewski) is here to help. His infallible intuition will once again prove very helpful to the Sandomierz police. That, however, is not all. At the parish presbytery everybody will be surprised to learn about nan Lucyna’s (played by Aleksandra Górska) hippy past, while Natalia (Kinga Preis) and Pluskwa (Eryk Lubos) begin to plan their future: will they spend it together? At the police station no one is going to be bored either. How are Ewa Kobylicka (Edyta Olszówka) and Wojtek Shiller (Jakub Wesołowski) going to deal with the jealousy problem in their relationship? Can Antek Dziubak at last find a “fake fiancée” and free himself of his mother’s overprotection? What is Mietek Nocul (Michał Piela) going to do after his beloved Basia (Ewa Konstancja Bułhak) is detained and charged with murder? There will be guest star appearances by: Magdalena Zawadzka, Jowita Budnik, Zdzisław Wardejn, Mirosław Zbrojewicz, Weronika Humaj, Wojciech Kalarus, Edyta Herbuś, Łukasz Garlicki and Henryk Talar. „Ojciec Mateusz” at 8:30 PM on TVP 1 as of March 1st.

Many big names will also appear in the fifth season of “Druga szansa” (Second chance). The cast of this hit show, already including Małgorzata Kożuchowska as main talent, will now be completed by: Kamilla Baar-Kochańska, Karolina Gorczyca, Aleksandra Popławska, Agnieszka Żulewska, Marcin Bosak and Jacek Poniedziałek. Starting with the very first seconds of the premiere episode, the audience will be introduced to the complex riddle of the new season’s plot. Monika wakes up alone in a hotel room remembering nothing and wearing a torn evening dress. She cannot recall what happened, but she has got a very bad feeling… Where is she? Who was the one who harmed her? What happened at the reception held by the publishing house which made here editor-in-chief of a new women’s magazine? „Druga szansa” starting on March 5th at 9:30 PM on TVN.

The previous season of “Policjantki i policjanci” (Policemen and policewomen) ended with the kiss of Mikołaj Białach (Mariusz Węgłowski) and Karolina Rachwał (Honorata Witańska). The affair makes the situation somewhat complicated. How will the two combine being a couple in private live with being partners at work?
It seemed Krzysiek Zapała’s (Wojciech Sukiennik) dire straits were over. Unfortunately, in the new season he will be faced with yet more problems as he is about to become the target of a psychofan girl. She will get close to him and then threaten his kids and his family. How far can she go in her madness? And what new is there in Aleksandra Wysocka’s (Magdalena Malcharek) intimate life? The policewoman is still on the fence about choosing between her first great love, Mikołaj Białach, and her alluring patrol partner Borys Jóźwiak (Wojciech Medyński). Things will get more complicated as Mikołaj and Ola are sent on patrol together… „Policjantki i policjanci” as of March 5th, at 7:00 PM on TV4.

The third season of “Sprawiedliwi – Wydział Kryminalny” (The just: criminal department), on the other hand, ended dramatically for many of the characters. Kuba Walczak (Michał Mrozek) became a runaway groom, Paulina Wach (Kamila Ściborek) learned her boyfriend had a wife and a child, Dagmara Górska (Magdalena Margulewicz) started suspecting her man of cheating on her, and became dangerously attracted to Jawor, while Bruno Sawicki (Bartosz Picher) abused the trust of prosecution attorney Jagiełło and disappointed his partner. His relationship with the crown witness can also put an end to his work on the police force. In the new season we will keep on following the trials of all the characters, but at the same time we will watch the actions of a serial killer, always one step ahead of our protagonists. „Sprawiedliwi – Wydział Kryminalny” as of March 5th, at 8:00 on TV4.

There will be no lack of high emotions in the Wrocław pawnshop either. What will become of the unusual “alliance” between Kazimierz (Zbigniew Buczkowski) and his main business rival Korynt (Marek Wolny)? The cast will be joined by Magdalena Waligórska-Lisiecka: barmaid Wioletka of “Rancho” (The Ranch) and audience’s favourite. The producer of the show is Studio A. „Lombard. Late March will also see the return of the attractive female attorney Lena Barska (Izabella Bukowska), who is now 45 and manages her own law firm.
