The final episode of the 16th season of Father Matthew aired on Thursday, November 24, on TVP1, and drew 4,431,106 viewers (27.71% share), making it the most watched show of the day. The episode attracted the highest audience this fall.

The ATM GRUPA-produced series, which follows sleuth priest Father Matthew and intrepid Sandomierz cops, continued its time slot dominance with an average audience of 4 million and a 25.84% rating (4+ age group).

The success of Father Matthew does not stop here. The show has also been nominated for Tele Tydzień’s 2017 Telekamera. In the past, the series won a Telekamera in 2011, and Artur Żmijewski, who plays Mateusz Żmigrodzki, is the winner of the Golden Telekamera.
