Urszula Piasecka, a highly respected executive with extensive experience in the production and distribution of television and film content, will join ATM Grupa’s Management Board as of May 2025. Her career includes management positions at Kino Świat, a leading distribution company within the Canal+ group, as well as responsibility for licence acquisitions and sales at Monolith Films and programme acquisitions and international co-productions at Telewizja Polska. We welcome her on board!

New member of the ATM Grupa Management Board
For the past four years, Urszula Piasecka has been associated with the Canal+ Polska Group, first as an advisor to the Management Board on content monetisation and then, from May 2022, as President of Kino Świat, which under her leadership became the second largest film distributor in Poland.
Prior to that, she spent nine years as Director of Licensing Acquisition and Sales at Monolith Films, following a stint as Programme Director of the Two Riversides Film and Art Festival in Kazimierz Dolny.
Earlier in her career, Urszula Piasecka oversaw programme acquisitions and coordinated international co-productions at Telewizja Polska. She has also worked at Orange Polska and at the ZEBRA Film Studio, where she developed her expertise in the promotion and distribution of Polish film productions.
