ATM Grupa has a new CEO! On May 30, 2025, the General Meeting of Shareholders appointed Przemysław Kmiotek, previously the company’s Vice President, to the role.

Kmiotek has been with ATM Grupa for over two decades. He began his career as a production assistant and went on to serve as Managing Director of the ATM Rozrywka channel, President of ATM Studio and ATM System, and, since 2020, Vice President of ATM Grupa. With experience spanning both creative production and business operations, he knows the company inside and out.

He holds degrees in human resources and strategic leadership from the Wrocław School of Business and the University of Management and Marketing. Throughout his career, he has successfully combined executive leadership with hands-on experience in television production.

On the same day, the Supervisory Board appointed Urszula Piasecka as Vice President. She joined the Management Board of ATM Grupa in early May and brings over 20 years of experience in content licensing, distribution, and international co-productions. She previously held senior roles at Kino Świat (part of the Canal+ Group), Monolith Films, and Polish Television (TVP).

The Supervisory Board also welcomed Maciej Grzywaczewski as a new member. An experienced producer and former director of TVP1, he previously served as Vice President of ATM Grupa. He replaces Artur Hoffman as an independent board member.
