During the 50th Polish Film Festival in Gdynia, we co-hosted a networking lunch as part of the Gdynia Campus 2025 program. The meeting brought together many young creators who had the chance to talk with our producers and make their first industry connections in an inspiring atmosphere.

Gdynia Campus is a unique part of the Gdynia Industry program – the flagship section of the Festival led by Aleksandra Salwa, who invited us to take part in this initiative.

ATM Grupa became the co-organizer of the networking lunch, which took place on the second day of the Festival, Tuesday, September 23. We were represented by: Urszula Piasecka, Vice President of the Management Board of ATM Grupa; producers – Marta Dużbabel (documentaries), Darek Gąsiorowski (Drelich), Barbara Palka (development producer), Monika Salińska (Pierwsza miłość, Uroczysko), Robert Wieczorek (Breslau), Magda Zielska (Absolute Beginners); as well as Arthur Ulrich, responsible among other things for scouting new talent, and Sylwia Cieślak, PR Manager.

The lunch was held at the Gdynia Film Centre and turned out to be a real success. Many young filmmakers came, eager to talk with our producers, sign up for the contact base, and share their experiences. The meeting was accompanied by a great atmosphere and delicious food – after all, networking tastes best at the table!

The Artistic Director of the Festival, Joanna Łapińska, also joined us, underlining the importance of initiatives aimed at the young generation.

We warmly thank Aleksandra Salwa for the invitation and her wonderful energy, all participants for their presence and openness, and the Festival organizers for creating a space where young creators can meet and exchange with industry professionals.

This event showed that Gdynia Campus is more than just an educational program – it is a genuine place for building relationships and the future of Polish cinema.
