What do Cambodia, Philippines, Georgia and the US have in common? They are all countries where Polish emigrants found happiness and a new homeland. Aired on CANAL+ DISCOVERY, the series Success Without Borders will offer inspiring portraits of Poles abroad.

Hosted by Tomasz Kin, each episode will feature a story of Polish emigrants who have become respected members of local communities in Europe, America, Asia and Oceania, often by dint of hard work and talent. Polish artists, scientists and businesspeople will explain why they left their lives and families behind, and show how their lives changed after leaving Poland. They will speak about the challenges they faced in their adopted countries and how they learned their new language and culture. The emigrants’ family, friends and collaborators, who have supported and encouraged them in times of need, will also be interviewed.

Is it worth it to take a gamble like this? Success Without Borders proves that those who don’t risk never drink champagne.
