I consent to the processing of my personal data by ATM Grupa S.A., with its registered office in Bielany Wrocławskie, 55-040 Kobierzyce, ul. Dwa Światy 1 (hereinafter: “ATM Grupa”), for the purpose of responding to the inquiry submitted via the contact form, with the data provided personally by me – in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)*,
in the following scope: full name, e-mail address, telephone number.

I declare that I have been informed that:
1.The controller of personal data is ATM Grupa S.A., with its registered office in Bielany Wrocławskie, 55-040 Kobierzyce, ul. Dwa Światy 1, e-mail address: ado@atmgrupa.pl
2.The personal data provided in the contact form will be processed for the purpose covered by the consent, i.e. to respond to the submitted inquiry, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
3.My personal data will be processed for a period of 24 months from the date of granting consent, after which time it will be deleted, unless the consent is withdrawn earlier.
4.The recipients of my personal data are entities cooperating with ATM Grupa in the handling of e-mail accounts and other entities authorized to receive personal data under applicable law.
5.I have the right to access my personal data, to rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw my consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
6.I have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if I consider that the processing of my personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR.
7.Providing my personal data to ATM Grupa is voluntary but necessary to achieve the purpose referred to in point 2.
