The global success of Your Honor continues, with Poland set to produce its own version of the acclaimed legal thriller. The adaptation will be handled by ATM Grupa, the country’s largest independent production studio, making it the twelfth local version of the hit format – and cementing Your Honor as one of the most widely adapted scripted dramas of the decade.
The Polish version, currently titled Sędzia, was confirmed as Content Warsaw kicked off this week. Previous adaptations have aired in the US, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, South Korea, Turkey, Russia, and India, with Chinese- and Ukrainian-language versions also announced earlier this year.
Originally titled Kvodo, Your Honor (S1: 12×35’, S2: 10×40’) follows the story of a highly respected judge whose son is involved in a hit-and-run. As he fights to protect him, the judge becomes entangled in a dangerous web of lies and impossible moral choices.
ATM Grupa is behind some of Poland’s most successful and talked-about productions, including The Pack, Hold Tight, Just One Look, Absolute Beginners, Pitbull, Skołowani, and Travel Essentials. The company collaborates with a wide range of domestic broadcasters and international streaming platforms, bringing premium Polish content to global audiences.
